How it works

We book in for a COMPLIMENTARY thirty minute session to discuss your goals, injury history and previous training experience.

The following sessions are 45 min in length (unless longer sessions are requested).

Each session is devised around your individual goals.

Home exploration is given to help build your own training practice.
