I had no previous yoga experience and wasn’t fit which made me nervous about joining but I shouldn’t have been. The classes were gentle and focused on breathing, relaxation, positions and mindsets for labour... I’m still using the relaxation techniques now with the little one. You’re very professional, great at what you do and I’m looking forward to baby yoga and getting back together with the group now that the babies have arrived”
